Service Dispatcher (HVAC) - Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour

We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating communication between customers, management, and service technicians to schedule service calls, projects, and preventative maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track incoming service calls and assign appropriate technicians to work orders.

  • Coordinate technician arrival times with customers.

  • Follow up with customers after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.

  • Manage and update customer database with accurate information.

  • Oversee and adjust technicians’ daily schedules as needed.

  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand needs and ensure smooth execution.

  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks.

  • Order materials for preventative maintenance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear written/verbal communication.

  • Customer service-oriented; must be a “people person.”

  • Self-motivated and reliable.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Positive and energetic attitude.

  • Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.

  • Geographical knowledge of the region is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
