Gastro Health is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists to join our private practice teams in Acton, Chelmsford, and Framingham . Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $450,000 - $500,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Additional compensation includes: Signing bonus Fellowship stipend (for current GI fellows) Productivity incentives (wRVU model) Transition bonus leading to partnership Relocation assistance Full benefit package includes: Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off & paid holidays CME time with annual allowance FSA options Short- & long-term disability coverage Why Gastro Health?
