Data Entry Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for a client in the San Antonio, Texas area. This candidate will have several responsibilities including the following. Daily Batch Processing for Rockwood Casualty. This includes the following activities: Running of Daily Jobs, Running of Adhoc Jobs, as requested by team, Confirming Receipt of Files, Monitor Job Reports for Errors, Communication of Issues to Key Resources, Create Monthly Calendars and Logs Activities. Daily User Management of Time Management System, Ticket Management of Provisioning / Deprovisioning Requests, End User Communications regarding Time Sheet, Submissions / Approvals. Daily Entry and Updates of Invoice Submissions to IT, Monitoring of IT Invoice Submission Email Box, Input of New Invoices into Invoice Tracking System, Update of Invoice Tracker with Payment Statuses, Creation of Invoice Status Reports to Team Leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 suite
- Comfortable working with computer systems, web forms, and data entry tools
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written communication for reporting status or updating issues
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
