Job Description:

Join us as a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver with Penske Logistics This is an exciting opportunity to advance your driving career while earning an average annual salary of $100,000. What You Will Do:

• Travel regionally to various locations based on work assignments.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of automotive parts and supplies to dealerships.
• Unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Utilize a scanner to accurately track products as they are unloaded and delivered.

Schedule:

• Dispatch times vary depending on work assignments.
• Be prepared to stay away from home for 1 to 3 weeks per assignment.
• Travel to assigned locations to work for the duration of the assignment.

• Late model trucks that are meticulously maintained by Penske.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid CDL Class A.
• Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• A clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
• Proficient in the English language for compliance with federal law.
• Ability to meet the required schedule, work in designated locations, complete the application process, and undergo a background investigation and drug screening.
• Ability to remain alert and work safely in this DOT-regulated position.

Physical Requirements:

• The position requires seeing and hearing abilities including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
• Frequent movement, standing, walking, and sitting are essential to this role.
• Must be able to use hands and arms for lifting, handling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg, with occasional lifting/moving of up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and cargo area.
