As a Surgical Technologist I for Evening Shifts at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, you will play a vital role in our Operating Room team. You will contribute to patient care by providing essential support during surgical procedures.

Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment and assist with surgical procedures.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure optimal patient care.
- Set up operating rooms for procedures and manage environmental safety and efficiency.
- Act as a Second Assistant and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
- Transport patients and maintain the readiness of specialty carts and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 6 months.
- No prior experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to specified weights.
- Capable of operating in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment.
