About The Role
As a Salesforce Systems Associate at Motive, you will play a key role in the administration, management, and support of Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used by our customers, as well as internal teams across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance. You will have a unique chance to work with integrations as we expand our suite of applications.

What You'll Do
- Provide real-time support for Salesforce and other integrated platform issues; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues promptly as reported on the Enterprise Systems Service Desk.
- Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
- Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
- Oversee onboarding processes for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
- Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests, implementing necessary changes or escalating to the change advisory board as needed.
- Manage workloads and projects, often under time constraints, while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Create and update documentation tailored to varied audiences within the team.
- Implement minor admin-level changes in Salesforce and sandboxes based on collected requirements.
What We're Looking For
- An engineering background with knowledge of technology related to Business Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Salesforce.com, including hands-on administrative, configuration, and process management experience.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
- Salesforce Administration Certification is required.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com's Sales and Service Cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, along with strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Zuora and NetSuite is a plus.
