Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinet parts according to work instructions and production schedules

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to build high-quality products

  • Inspect parts and finished cabinets for defects such as scratches, dents, or misalignments

  • Operate test equipment to verify assembly meets quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced warehouse or production floor

  • Standing for long periods, repetitive tasks

  • Team-oriented with individual accountability
