We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to support innovative, cost-effective marketing campaigns for major retail clients. Our team specializes in delivering personalized promotions, in-store branding strategies, and high-impact customer acquisition solutions that outperform traditional mass marketing approaches.

The Entry-Level Marketing Specialist is an essential part of the marketing and advertising team. During training, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to:

  • Basic marketing strategy

  • Retail advertising

  • Visual merchandising

  • Consumer market research

  • Promotional and event-based marketing

After successfully completing the training program, candidates have the opportunity to advance into Team Lead roles within the marketing department. The position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns

  • Assist with customer acquisition and retention initiatives

  • Provide exceptional service to external customers and retail partners

  • Develop strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Drive sales through retail promotional events and brand activations

  • Build brand awareness through local events and experiential marketing

  • Strategize, plan, and execute retail events with Brand Ambassador teams

  • Engage with customers inside major retail stores

  • Make professional judgments on customer qualification for in-store services (training provided)

  • Conduct lead generation and maintain client pipelines

  • Assist senior marketing staff with client-specific marketing and advertising projects

Requirements

  • Must be available for full-time hours and occasional weekends for special events

  • Ability to excel both independently and within team environments

  • Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for additional training

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Creative thinker, self-starter, and strong problem solver
