Job Description:

Customer Engagement:

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance with products and services.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries to maintain a positive experience.
  • Share customer service best practices with team members to foster an exceptional shopping atmosphere.

Operational Duties:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to customers.
  • Make product recommendations and suggest companion items to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Keep shelves and counters organized, clean, and appealing.
  • Assist with merchandise pricing and inventory management.
  • Implement procedures to minimize losses and ensure store compliance with regulations.
  • Construct attractive displays for promotions and seasonal items.
  • Maintain food safety by properly separating and storing consumable items.
  • Stay knowledgeable about store systems and equipment.
  • Provide assistance in the photo services area, including passport photos and promotional products.
  • Monitor and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely customer pickup.
  • Promote a clean and orderly store environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with colleagues.
  • Complete various tasks and special assignments as needed.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in training sessions and complete required learning modules as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Previous experience with Walgreens is a plus.
