Role Overview:
  • This position supports the ISD ERP Finance and Supply Chain segment.
  • The Senior Application Analyst will provide IT application support for the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other applications in use at the CSC warehouse.
  • Direct, onsite presence is required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
  • Knowledge of Windows servers
  • Strong SQL skills, including developing and updating SQL scripts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to manage project and issue task lists
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call rotation.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Previous ERP system experience
Experience & Education

Education: Associate's degree with two (2) years relevant experience, or four (4) years' experience in lieu of degree

Minimum Experience:
  • Three (3) years' experience in large corporate systems development/implementation, particularly in Healthcare MIS
  • Experience in system analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation
  • History of assisting other analysts, solving complex problems, and leading others
  • Familiarity with supporting application data flows and system interfaces
  • Proficiency in application support, development tools, and methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for applications and system environments
  • Analyze, design, build, test, and implement computer systems and programs
  • Ensure planning, coordination, and documentation of projects per timelines
  • Manage user issues and enhancement requests, coordinate testing/upgrades, and monitor data integrity
  • Advocate for, and enforce, technical standards and best practices
  • Participate in after-hours technical support rotation
  • Train and mentor staff in system/process usage
  • Deliver effective and courteous customer service to users
  • Perform other duties as assigned, support professional growth, and maintain safe, efficient, and compassionate workplace standards
