Job Summary

Team Members can serve in a variety of different roles that can include being a cashier, maintaining our dining room or preparing our food. One common expectation is that each team member can greet guests with a genuine smile and warm and inviting spirit.

Essential duties for a Team Member may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Welcoming our guest and thanking them for choosing Bojangles.
  • Accepts payments form guests and makes change correctly.
  • Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests.
  • Prepares and serves our exceptional food.
  • Maintains a clean and inviting restaurant.
  • Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs. as necessary).

Descripcion del puesto

Nuestros equipos de colaboradores pueden realizar una variedad de treas que incluyen trabajar en la caja registradora, mantener nuestros comedores limpios y organizados. Una expectative general es que todos que todos nuestros colaboradores, puedan recibir a nuestros clientes con una sonrisa genuina, y haciendolos sentir como invitados.

Labores esenciales para un gerentes de turno incluyen, pero no se limitan ha:
  • Dar la bienvenida a nuestros clientes y agradecerles por haber escogido Bojangles.
  • Operar la caja registradora y recibir el pago por la compra realizada.
  • Poder explicar nuestro menú, y responder a las preguntas que los clientes tengan acerca de nuestros productos.
  • Preparar y servir los productos/alimentos que cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad.
  • Mantener el restaurante limpio y organizado de tal manera que es atractivo para los clientes.
  • Agacharse, levantarse, estar de pie, levanter pesos de hasta 25 libras
Requisitos:
  • Mayor de 16 años.
  • Entusiasta, con actitud positiva
  • Gusta de servir y ayudar a otros
