Financial Analyst - Japanese Bilingual

Flexible work style. Hybrid, Part-time available.

**This position requires native-level Japanese proficiency, as reports must be prepared in Japanese**

Company: A holding company of housing construction materials-related business (representative office)

Position: Accounting/Administrative Assistant or Financial Analyst (DOE)

Job Location: Frederick, MD *Hybrid work schedule (negotiable but ideally 1-2 days at the office a week)

Working Schedule: Full-time or part-time negotiable

Salary range: $60K - 70k (negotiable depending on skills and experience)

Job Description

Accounting

- Bookkeeping for Holdings company

- Input monthly and consolidated financial statements of the group companies (3 companies under this company) into the package (Reporting to the head office in Japan).

- Receipt and payment of invoices for office lease fees, etc. (including approval process).

- Issuance and collection of invoices *Not many

- Management of billing-related information

General Affairs

-Miscellaneous office duties (purchasing office supplies, temporary handling of printers, PCs, etc. when they go bad, receiving mail, liaison with management company, purchasing furniture, office design (environmental maintenance), etc.)

- Arrangements for personal items when new expatriates arrive

- Booking cars, accommodations, restaurants, etc when internal visitors come
