Overview

Elements Massage is a wellness studio dedicated to bettering the lives of everyone we touch. We are looking for an engaging, outgoing individual to lead sales and customer service for our clients and members. Our team members earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses as well.

Salary Range: $15/hour + Commissions and Bonuses

Shift Details: Part-time
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates with a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
Prior retail sales experience is preferred, specifically selling memberships or services.
Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus.
Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems.
A passion for listening to and engaging with all clients.

Responsibilities:
Inform clients about the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program by following our proven sales process.
Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
Process client paperwork and payments with accuracy.

Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to ensure the client is the center of the experience.
