At Lifespace, our team members play a crucial role in delivering a purpose-driven experience for our residents. We foster an environment that allows each team member to achieve their aspirations, advance their careers, and contribute to a meaningful mission. Become a valued member of our Clinical team as a new Certified Nurse Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving them safely.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team to ensure proper care.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Implement infection control measures and provide a clean, safe environment for residents.
- Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess residents' needs, ensuring they are met timely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
- Must hold a certified nursing aide licensure as required by state regulations.
