Job Details Description

Brook Lane is a 64-bed facility in Hagerstown, MD. It is home to the second largest psychiatric hospital in Maryland, serving children, adolescents, and adults.

In clinical settings, the registered professional nurse cares for patients using the nursing process, independent judgment, and evidenced based practice to assess and treat responses to actual or potential health problems. Maintains clinical competency and participates in continuing education related to health care issues and as outlined by appropriate regulatory and accrediting agencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education - ASN required. BSN Preferred. Previously grandfathered active RN's who graduated from an accredited nursing school as a Diploma RN will continue to have ASN requirement waived.

Experience - Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting required.

Licensure/Certification - Current license to practice as Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland, or if resident of a state that participates in Nurse Multi-State Compact agreement.
