Territory Sales Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing medical device contract manufacturer seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead new business development across Southern California. This is a remote role with frequent in-person customer visits and offers the chance to make a visible impact in a small, entrepreneurial environment. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Our client specializes in adhesive patch technologies and converting services, and they're looking for someone who can confidently open doors, build trust with engineers and decision-makers, and drive long-term growth in the region.
What You'll Do
• Build and manage a new-business pipeline throughout the Southern California medical device market.
• Develop a territory plan focused on growth, outreach, and customer engagement.
• Communicate the company's contract manufacturing capabilities, including adhesive patch solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to develop solutions that meet complex customer needs.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposals and close.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, engineers, and key influencers across the region.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, customer sites, and field visits.
What You'll Bring
• Background in sales, ideally with exposure to medical device or medical products.
• Experience working remotely and driving your own territory strategy.
• Ability to learn technical manufacturing capabilities and translate them for customers.
• Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a problem-solver mindset.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company with evolving processes.
• Bachelor's degree is helpful but not required.
