Associate Director, Logistics

We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a Associate Director, Logistics & Operations to join their team in Concord,MA
Why we need you?
We need you to join our Supply Chain organization to lead a team involved in three strategic functions; corporate logistics (distribution, transportation, and warehousing), customer operations (customer service), and customer logistics (customer-specific demand fulfilment services and continuous improvement and replenishment programs).
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Operations and Logistics
- Ideally would have at least 2 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods marketplace.
- Provide strategic leadership to customer operations and customer logistics
- Work with internal and external business partners, develop and implement long-term strategic transportation and warehousing strategies
- Deliver incremental customer and organisational profitability by leading the development and execution of customer specific supply chain initiatives
- Lead the procurement process and management for all transportation, distribution, and warehouse services
