Accessibility QA Tester

Onsite 3x a week in Charlotte, NC

18+ month contract

Top requirements:

WCAG 2.0 or 2.1

Expert in JAWS - certification preferable

Expert with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and confluence

Experience using accessibility testing tools such as AMP ( Accessibility Management Platform), Continuum, Wave or WorldSpace / aXe, and V-PAT

Someone willing to learn and independently problem solve using their learned knowledge.

Nice to Haves:

IAAP certification

Previous banking experience

Excellent oral and written skill

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

The accessibility team tests both web and mobile applications at the Bank. The UX team works on the design and they do the testing and validations on everything from color scheme, tags, and input to overall accessibility. They will be following WCAG 2.0/2.1 guidelines and moving to 2.2 guidelines to follow government regulation for accessibility.
