Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst (CLT) to join their team. As a Business Analyst (CLT), you will be part of the IT department supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$53.56

What's the Job?

  • Build out use cases for Erica for Employees, working closely with stakeholders and development teams
  • Translate user requirements into architecture and detailed design documents
  • Influence stakeholder strategy and understand their needs to create effective solutions
  • Gather, catalog, and analyze functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and solutions
What's Needed?
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles
  • Strong experience creating solution documents and functional specifications
  • Proficiency in visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and PowerPoint
  • Experience interpreting dashboards like Tableau for data-driven decision making
  • Technical background with understanding of systems analysis, design, and programming concepts
