Facility Maintenance Worker

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team at MV Transportation In this role, you will play a vital part in the upkeep and management of our facility, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and document all facility maintenance and preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) services.
- Identify and troubleshoot facility issues, including structural, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Prepare and maintain records of work performed using both manual and computer-based systems.
- Document all parts and supplies utilized in maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on the relevant statutes and regulations pertaining to facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- At least three years of experience in managing large facilities.
- Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Proficient in using facility diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and meet all other credentialing requirements.
Starting pay rate: $20.94/hour
