Join our dynamic team as a Delivery and Logistics Associate, where your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering products to customers safely and on schedule.
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles efficiently.
  • Ensuring accuracy in delivery paperwork.
  • Following established routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and conducting basic inspections.
  • Communicating with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
  • Assisting with inventory management and loading at the warehouse.
  • Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and safety procedures.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues on the road.
  • Collaborating with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments effectively.
  • Learning about our products and services to assist customers.
  • Keeping accurate delivery logs and submitting timely reports to supervisors.
  • Working with finance to manage billing and documentation efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, and you will have the opportunity to work with customers across various time zones while providing prompt feedback and resolving any issues that arise.
