Inventory Specialist
Location: Everett, WA
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $23-28/hr, DOE
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing inventory with high accuracy and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a professional indoor environment.
Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts with precision.

Utilize inventory management systems such as ERP/WMS, with exposure to Syteline being a plus.

Conduct root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Reconcile physical counts with system records, documenting any variances.

Implement ABC classification methods and cycle count scheduling.

Enhance inventory accuracy processes through audits and improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
-
At least 1 year of inventory experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution settings.

Proficiency in inventory control and management.

Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling.

Ability to use RF scanners and ERP/MRP systems.

Intermediate skills in MS Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills with a diverse work group.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical capability to move or lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, operating in a climate-controlled, open-concept office with groupings of desks. The work environment is moderately quiet, with occasional noise from office equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
