Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations specializing in OB/GYN for high-risk patients.
- Utilize advanced fetal ultrasound techniques to evaluate potential anomalies and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Conduct ultrasounds on maternal uterus, cervix, ovaries, and complicated scans for multiple gestations.
- Make preliminary diagnoses based on ultrasound findings and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with obstetric offices and hospital personnel while ensuring a supportive patient experience.
- Stay current with ultrasound technology and maintain operational proficiency with various ultrasound machines.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Ultrasound required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience is required.
- ARDMS certification is mandatory; RDMS in OB/GYN preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Must comply with state regulations for diagnostic ultrasound certification.
