Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a compassionate and versatile Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Ruby Tiger Community Center, located on the Newly established Florida Seminole reservation in Lakeland, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a community-focused setting.
Position Highlights:
- Full-spectrum care: Treat patients from newborns to geriatrics, including prenatal care (without providing obstetric delivery services).
- Community-centered practice: Located at the Ruby Tiger Community Center, 9075 Seminole Wind Road, Lakeland, FL 33809.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5-day workweek with an average daily patient of 6-15.
- Loan Forgiveness: This position qualifies for loan repayment assistance, making it an excellent opportunity for providers seeking financial support for educational debt.
- Collaborative environment: Work alongside a dedicated team committed to improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable managing a wide age range and providing prenatal care.
- Passionate about serving diverse populations and working in a culturally respectful environment.
