As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will:

  • Drive the success of the restaurant by establishing a positive work atmosphere and fostering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the entire restaurant operations, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Focus on finding, hiring, and developing team members to create a strong workforce.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and develop tailored training plans.
  • Efficiently schedule and manage team deployment for optimal performance.
  • Address performance issues and work to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Manage budget and financial planning to ensure profitability.

Key qualifications include:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college or university degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss accountability.
  • Basic personal computer skills.
  • Preferred candidates may be promoted from the Assistant General Manager position.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
