What You’ll Do:
As a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator, you’ll be a key force behind winning game-changing projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing highly accurate estimates, bids, and proposals that land big deals
- Conducting detailed take-offs from blueprints, plans, and site visits
- Working closely with sales, project management, and field teams for seamless execution
- Reviewing contract terms to ensure pricing and scope are on point
- Managing critical documentation such as submittals, change orders, and closeouts
- Participating in pre-construction meetings to set the project up for success
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installations
- Advanced skills in blueprint reading and take-offs
- Proficiency in estimating tools (EDGE preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Impeccable time management and communication skills
