We're hiring a Clinical Customer Success Manager to lead adoption and long-term success across our health system partners. This role sits at the intersection of clinical reality and product-driven change. Your job is to ensure Clinetic becomes a trusted, routinely used part of how clinical trials get executed at our partner health systems.

By bringing clinical experience (MD, DO, RN, CRC, CRA, NP, PA, etc.), you will be able to speak credibly with frontline care teams and research leaders. You'll guide customers from "installed" to "embedded," driving consistent usage, measurable impact, and expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Grow adoption and drive customer success: You will own post-implementation success for a portfolio of health systems including building and executing adoption plans and monitoring usage and performance to identify friction early and drive corrective action.
  • Build trusted relationships: Build deep relationships with clinical champions, research coordinators, physicians, nurses, and operations leaders.
  • Make Clinetic "stick" inside workflows: Ensure new users ramp quickly and existing users keep momentum to meet usage targets. Responsible for demoing, training, study onboarding, and related collateral.
  • Represent the customer's voice internally: Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Implementation teams.
  • Improve Internal Processes: Surface patterns across accounts and contribute to adoption strategy and process improvements. Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles to scale.
  • Support expansion: Identify opportunities to extend adoption within accounts and develop clinical proof points and usage outcomes to support growth conversations.
  • Work collaboratively: Work closely with the project coordinator who manages operational processes at our sites.
