Synthesis Operator - Taunton, MA

Join a global industry leader in scientific innovation This team drives breakthroughs in chromatography, mass spectrometry, and thermal analysis-and they're looking for a Synthesis Operator to support critical chemical manufacturing.

What You'll Do
  • Execute batch-manufacturing processes by following detailed procedures.
  • Measure, add, and record materials with precision.
  • Collect operational data and ensure all batches meet quality standards.
  • Safely operate reactors, filtration systems, and other synthesis equipment.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safety-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
    OR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of chemical synthesis experience.
  • Experience in batch manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex written procedures.
  • Reliable communication skills and a commitment to safety.
