Job Summary and Qualifications:
As an Interventional Technologist under limited supervision, you will perform various interventional procedures, including routine and complex arterial and venous procedures, as well as the use of contrast media.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique.
- Compile and analyze data for performance improvement and outcomes analysis.
- Support the Imaging Services team by fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the IR Supervisor.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to calls within 30 minutes.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, with training in interventional procedures.
- BLS Certification required within 30 days and ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Preference for ARRT certification.
- Minimum of one year hospital department experience required.
- Must be available for on-call duty and reporting within 30 minutes of call back.
