Compensation Overview

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $48,700.00 to $80,400.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including role complexity, location, and candidate qualifications. Additionally, our employees may qualify for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive benefits program.

What Is the Opportunity?

This entry-level position offers the chance to develop skills needed for investigating and resolving claims efficiently. You will provide quality handling of claims throughout the entire claim lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. This role is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

  • Participate in comprehensive training that includes online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job formats, with potential travel requirements.
  • Handle first-party property claims of moderate severity as assigned, establishing accurate damage assessments.
  • Utilize innovative technologies to enhance claim processing and analysis.
  • Investigate all relevant facts, assessing coverage and damages to determine claim liability.
  • Set accurate claim and expense reserves in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate claim settlements within established authority limits.
  • Prepare denial letters and complex correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain organized and compliant claim files in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to insured parties and partners.
  • Engage in other duties as assigned and collaborate in multi-line assistance.
  • Must be prepared for potential physical inspections of properties, which may include climbing ladders and entering confined spaces.

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree, or a minimum of two years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ownership attitude.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

What Is a Must Have?

  • A High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A valid driver's license.
