Your Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain UKG Pro (including workflows, security roles, foundational tables, and functional setups).
  • Utilize Power Query (Power Query M) and Power BI/Fabric to create clean datasets, automate reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Provide support through UKG People Assist ticket management, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with HR and employees.
  • Assist with global initiatives, including upcoming launches across North America and EMEA, ensuring data integrity, testing, and system readiness.
  • Create and update user documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base materials to aid system adoption and training.
  • Conduct regular data audits and implement robust data governance practices to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage in automation and AI opportunities (including UKG Bryte AI), contributing to streamlined processes and improved HR service delivery.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS platforms; UKG Pro experience is a strong plus.
  • Required experience with Power Query for ETL and data transformation.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and advanced Excel for reporting.
  • A proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for assisting users in gaining confidence with HR technology.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, inquisitiveness, and a commitment to continuously enhancing systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-site/global HR environments.
