The Role: Building Trust and Shared Value

This is a relationship-first, educational role centered on building trust and creating shared value. You get paid to have meaningful conversations. Your daily work involves talking to business owners in the Boulder-Denver area, listening deeply to their challenges, and exploring how AI can ethically and positively impact their teams and customers. You succeed by being empathetic, consistently present, and genuinely helpful. You are a community anchor, a thoughtful interviewer, and a human-centered process consultant all in one. You find the stories of need, identify the potential for positive change, and introduce the solution-which our team then delivers.

This is not a pushy, transactional sales job. It is about building authentic relationships, creating lasting value, and being a force for good in the local economy.

A Day in the Life: Connection and Impact

• Morning: You start your day with the "Core Loop": having 5+ conversations focused on the human impact of AI with local business owners. You then share thoughtful reflections on LinkedIn, building your personal brand as the go-to ethical AI expert in Boulder-Denver.
• Afternoon: You attend a local community event, like a non-profit board meeting or a B-Corp gathering. You use our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to turn conversations about values into actionable, purpose-driven projects.
• Evening: You host the casual Weekly AI Meetup, creating a loyal, authentic following and a consistent source of leads driven by shared mission.

What We're Looking For: Heart and Integrity

We're looking for the person who leads with their values. You might come from a background in non-profit work, community organizing, teaching, or mission-driven sales-but what matters most is your ability to connect on a human level. You're naturally empathetic, professionally inquisitive, and you love helping people articulate their vision for a better future.

You have a genuine interest in AI and its potential to make a difference. You want to build something meaningful, ethical, and get in early on a fast-growing, values-aligned motion.

What You'll Get: Resources for Your Mission

• A 6-Month On-Ramp for Stability: A $2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months, followed by a $2,000/month draw against commission for months 4-6. This provides stability as you build your purpose-driven pipeline.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: After the on-ramp, you move to a straight commission model with 50% commission on upfront projects (average $10k, so $5k commission) and 25% recurring commission on monthly retainers. Your compensation is tied to the positive impact you create.
• Comprehensive Training: Access to our full library of pre-recorded AI and Business training modules, with a focus on ethical implementation and human-centric design.
• A Full Tech Stack: We provide paid accounts for Otter.ai, Zoom, Manus, and our proprietary knowledge base platform.
• Marketing & Branding Assets: Your own website, email address, and swag to establish your brand as a trusted community resource in the Boulder-Denver market.
• Direct Mentorship: Weekly coaching calls to review your pipeline, role-play conversations, and co-host your first community roundtables, ensuring your work is always aligned with your mission.
