Business System Analyst

- Looking for a Business System Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with teams to understand processes, identify problems, and help implement effective systems and tools.
- Gather and document business requirements through meetings and interviews.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows; identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Support development teams with requirement clarifications during the build process.
- Assist in testing and validating system functionality (UAT).
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance standards.
- Should have solid experience working as a Business System Analyst working with Mainframe and Java Applications
- Candidates having dealer warranty experience would be given first preference
- Onsite Role in Portland Oregon - No Hybrid or Remote option available.
