Group Details

Tradeweb is seeking a service-oriented, results-driven candidate to join our Tradeweb Direct business. This person's primary responsibility will be to serve as front line point of contact for clients executing trades on our retail fixed income trading platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Acting as key client contact for all aspects of platform

• Establishing strong relationships with clients at dealers and buyside firms

• Work/broker client orders to ensure best execution

• Working closely with our sales team to assist with trader coverage on the platform

• Responding in a timely manner to client inquiries and resolving trading issues

• Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams

• Monitoring trades, establishing proper dispensation of orders

• Ensuring accurate security master data delivered by our sec master provider as well as adding/editing accurate sec master data when needed - data entry involved

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast moving, high pressure environment

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail

• Understanding of all Fixed Income asset classes

• Working knowledge of fixed income markets (3 - 5 years' experience)

• Series 7 and 63 preferred

• Excellent work ethic with high level of initiative

• Strong verbal/written communication skills

• Extremely comfortable with technology - proficient with full MS Office suite

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $130,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
