We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Benefits Specialist to join our Sacramento based client. This role provides critical support in administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and serving as a trusted resource for staff.   • Competitive hourly pay: $32-$40/hour (DOE).
  • Strong benefits package upon hire.
  • Hybrid role- 3 days onsite
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, communications, and daily inquiries.
  • Assist with leave of absence processes and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with benefits vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in all benefits activities.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to maintain accurate and efficient benefits operations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least three years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms (Paylocity preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
