About the Role
We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Business Systems Manager to oversee and optimize our core business systems, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Google Workspace. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical ability and a collaborative spirit within Bellwether's Central Support team.
Your mission will involve identifying, testing, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance data management, collaboration, and our overall impact as we embrace new technologies and AI tools.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Systems and requires close partnership with colleagues across various functions to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and continually evolving.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and enhance Salesforce, SharePoint, and other internal systems.
- Design, build, and manage Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automations for streamlined processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, data integrity, and user experience proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate organizational requirements into effective system solutions.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards, assisting colleagues in data generation and interpretation.
- Conduct regular data audits across Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and other databases to ensure high-quality data.
- Document key configurations and workflows for transparency and continuity.
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems by participating in research and testing.
Technical Support Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets submitted by the Bellwether team, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in the management of computers and hardware, maintaining a stock of devices.
- Help maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base and user guides.
- Support the responsible integration of AI within our internal systems.
- Stay informed on emerging tools and practices related to Salesforce automation and business systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of Salesforce administration or similar business systems experience. Other required skills include:
- Proficient in administering Salesforce.
- Experience in building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and utilizing automation tools.
- A proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and devise practical solutions.
- Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to assist users at all skill levels.
- Insight into areas for efficiency improvements in our systems, especially concerning AI.
- Awareness and sensitivity in handling highly confidential information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a readiness to take on additional projects as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to transforming education and supporting underserved students in achieving successful outcomes.
Compensation and Application
The salary range for this position is $87,500 to $94,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus of about $5,025 based on individual and organizational achievements. Bellwether believes in transparency and ensures that offers align with our compensation philosophy.
