Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional Guest experiences
  • Serve as a role model, ensuring Team Members adhere to operational and quality standards
  • Exhibit self-reflection and accountability to address challenges effectively
  • Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management
  • Lead and motivate Team Members to embrace change and restaurant initiatives
  • Balance emotional intelligence and analytical skills in leadership
  • Drive business performance through effective cost management
  • Utilize operational systems like the Manager Timeline and conduct regular Quality Line Checks
  • Recruit, train, and nurture Team Members for growth opportunities
  • Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships
  • Practice safe food handling procedures consistently
  • Embody Chili's cultural values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Accountability, and Enjoyment in our Restaurant
