We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is detail-obsessed, collaborative, and ready to bring their A-game to a fast-growing hospitality group. What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full Accounts Payable process with accuracy and accountability
- Review, code, and enter invoices with precision and timeliness
- Ensure all invoices include proper documentation and approvals before payment
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
- Collaborate with the Staff Accountant and support the VP of Accounting & Finance and Senior Accountant as needed
- Help streamline, enhance, and continuously improve AP workflows
- Maintain alignment with Atlas' financial control processes and documentation standards
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and AP practices
- Strong math and analytical skills
- High attention to detail - you catch the small things that make a big difference
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent data entry and communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively in a fast-moving environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting multi-unit operations and inter-company transactions is highly preferred
