Your Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting appliance issues using technical manuals and schematics.
  • Repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
  • Providing outstanding customer service through effective communication about repair processes and timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used.
  • Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Preferred experience as a service technician or in a similar field service role.
  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with appliance repairs; refrigeration knowledge is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable approach to every task.
