Role Overview

We are seeking a personable, driven Automotive Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide customers through a smooth, enjoyable buying experience while working toward strong monthly sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and make appropriate vehicle recommendations
  • Conduct product demonstrations, features walk-throughs, and test drives
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up consistently with leads
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
  • Valid Florida driver's license required
  • Professional, reliable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Compensation & Schedule
Competitive Draw (Training / Initial Period)

Monthly Fixed Draw:

$2,400 - $2,800 per month (approximately $600-$700 per week).

This starting draw aligns with what competitive dealerships offer during their training period and helps new hires ramp up comfortably.

Draw Policy - Additional Notes
  • If the total monthly commission (including bonuses) is higher than the draw amount, the salesperson receives commission only for that month.
  • The employer may establish an amendment stating that if a salesperson relies on the draw or base salary for more than three consecutive months, it may be considered low performance and grounds for termination.
Bonus Structure (Included in Compensation Package)
Monthly Bonus
  • $1,000 for every 10 cars sold in the month
  • Additional $500 when you earn 10 customer reviews on the first 10 cars
Earning Examples:

10 cars with 10 reviews = $1,500

20 cars with 20 reviews = $2,500

30 cars with 30 reviews = $3,500

Weekly Bonus
  • Sell 3 cars = $150
  • Sell 4-9 cars = $200 weekly flat bonus
Bonus Payouts
  • Weekly bonuses are paid every Tuesday (after verified sales)
  • Monthly bonuses are paid at month end
Motivated sales reps realistically earn $4,000-$7,000+ per month based on performance.

  • Full-time position
