Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments, establishing a welcoming and understanding space for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Deliver personalized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the unique needs and circumstances of each client to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empower their mental health journeys.
• Engage actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care through collaborative efforts.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms punctually, maintaining high professional standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
• Passionate commitment to high-quality mental health care.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for enhanced client care.
• Strong ethical practice and confidentiality commitment.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Effective time management skills for documentation and administrative tasks.
