Order Selector
Pay Rate/Range: $19.00 to $20.00
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 5 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to select and transport products from warehouse racking.
  • Use RF label technology to identify, label, and track products.
  • Build and palletize customer orders according to proper selecting procedures (e.g., heavy items on bottom, labels facing outward).
  • Stage completed pallets in designated dock areas for loading and stretch-wrap for transport stability.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on all assigned equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company safety and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and timelines.
  • ssist in warehouse projects such as re-racking and rack-level adjustments as needed.
Working Conditions
  • Warehouse environments may include fluctuating temperatures.
  • Requires physical fitness and ability to lift 40-60 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to work until all products are selected and loaded; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Strong knowledge of product placement and inventory control procedures.
