- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Replace worn components (belts, hoses, filters, suspension parts)
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure reliability and compliance
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
- Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and keep vehicles on the road
- Proven experience as an auto mechanic or automotive technician (fleet experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance best practices
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and modern repair equipment
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- Dependable, motivated, and positive work ethic
