Duties
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on market feedback.
• Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage sales activities and track performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the technology sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in using software applications, including Salesforce, for sales management.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and market analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
