How You Will Make a Difference:
- Provide exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents while ensuring high standards of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
- Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures established by the facility among all nursing personnel under your supervision.
What You Need to Make a Difference:
- Active LPN license in your state of residence.
- Current/active CPR Certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Technical, assessment, and documentation skills with a dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
