Position Title:Lead Business Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD 21202

Duration: 12 Months (Hybrid)

Job Description

The Lead Business Analyst will champion the analysis of complex business processes, documenting cross agency workflows, identify opportunities, and establish deep collaboration with the technical teams on delivering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, some overlap into the Software Engineering(DevOps) practice, as well as some overlap into the Change Management practice.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
  1. Must have solid "hands-on" experience with User Stories and know the progression in building User Stories with the customer and their workflows.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing software
  3. 8 or more years of experience as an Analyst.
  4. Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows.
  5. Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
  6. Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
  7. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
