Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic and close-knit team. Responsibilities
- Manage general liability accounts, with an average account size of $20,000
- Handle inbound client calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Follow up with clients throughout the entire process to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and contribute to a positive work environment
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Hawksoft is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
