Job Summary

Summary: The Concessions Runner supports the efficient operation of concession stands by restocking supplies, transporting food and beverages, clearing and cleaning service areas, and ensuring a clean organized, and well-stocked environment during events. This is a fast-paced role ideal for team-oriented individuals who thrive in high-energy settings like concerts, sports games, and live events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverage items from prep or storage areas to concession stands.

• Restock supplies such as utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, and paper goods during and between events.

• Maintain inventory levels by communicating with supervisors about restocking needs.

• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown.

• Transport hot/cold items safely and in compliance with health codes.

• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

• Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.

• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.

• Monitor trash levels and replace liners in high-traffic areas.

• Completes side work as assigned.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
