Chad's Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in custom residential construction and a track record of effectively managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process of residential remodeling projects from design finalization to completion, including warranty periods.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to finalize project designs and specifications.
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Manage the budget-approved project-related invoices.
- Process change orders in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Work closely with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams on new projects.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the residential construction industry.
- At least 10 years of relevant trade experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in JobTread.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles.
- A full-time position in a reputable and growing company.
- Competitive salary range: $ 70,000 - 90,000 per year.
