Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must have cath lab experience (RCIS is not accepted)
• Work in 3 Cath/EP/Hybrid/Structural Heart rooms with 3 staff members per room
• Patient ratio of 3 per case
• Work with GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab/Cardiolab equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform typical procedures including left/right heart caths, angioplasty/stent, IVUS, ICE, atherectomy
• Handle Atrial Fib Ablations, Micra's ICDs, PM, Lead extraction procedures
• Participate in Structural Heart procedures: TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman) PFO/ASD
• Required certifications: Registered Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy & ARRT license
• Work 1 weekend per month and 1 night call per week (3:30 PM call)
• May wear own scrubs or use blue hospital scrubs
• Must enjoy working hard as part of a team with upbeat/positive attitude
• Mac Lab/Cardiolab experience preferred but not required

The facility specializes in a wide range of cardiovascular procedures from diagnostic catheterizations to complex structural heart interventions. The cardiac department maintains high standards for patient care with dedicated teams of registered nurses and radiologic technologists working collaboratively to provide exceptional cardiovascular services.
